The company, originally named Ferostav Praha s.r.o., was founded in 1996.

The company employs 200 people and produces a total of 200,000 tons of finished products from rolled steel wire. It is therefore an important link in our group’s vertical integration strategy. The acquisition of SteelAG GmbH will enable further expansion of the group’s product distribution network in synergy with other production units and further strengthen its presence in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe.

The Pittini Group, headquartered in Osoppo, in the province of Udine, with an annual production of more than 3 million tons of steel, is a leader in the production of long steels for the construction and mechanical industry.

We have certificates entitling the owner to the processing and handling of steel products.
